WLS launched in 1991 when its founders recognized a need for an information based childcare referral service that would be thorough, easy to use and inexpensive. With that goal in mind, they created the nation's first on-line computer generated ChildCare Resource and Referral System.

Adult/Elder Life Care referrals soon followed and in response, the nation's first comprehensive on-line Adult/Elder Life Care System was born. WLS quickly gained a reputation in the business community as an invaluable resource for companies, employees, and their families seeking care resources and solutions.

Requests for national ChildCare and Adult/Elder Life Care information on-line continued to grow. To meet these demands, WLS re-engineered their computer database and software programs to run over the Internet. WLS is committed to providing personally tailored, innovative, and cost-effective work and family care solutions for employers of all sizes.
